My wife applied for the cheap sample on 4th Nov 20ll but did not sign up for the programme. Since then we have received a further 30 capsules and have been charged on 10th Dec $123.22 and 18th Nov. $118.72. Do you have an address that I can Write to cancel or an email address.This needs to be done before I can Cancel Payments from the bank.
