I odered a NorthFace Jacket for my daughter saw a good deal couldn't pass $79.00 plus shipping cause they sell for $160.00 well I recieved jacket daughter tired on to tight sent back for ex-change I haven't recieved jacket called there office on 12/27/11 to get tracking number to only get a VERY RUDE JERK TALKING TO ME so we exchanged a few WORDS as I should say so as I got home noticed the package was the same one used the first time sent to me had arrived stapled partly open and it was raining out and it was dirty so that showed me up front this company didn't care so as I took out jacket to let my daughter try on right away I noticed the Jacket had a bad smell so I got to looking at it noticed material sticking out of sems,sewing not stright on sems,tags not sewed on right and threads sticking out OMG I bought a FAKE to make sure I was right took it to Dicks Sporting Goods the mgr compared my jacket I bought to there NorthFace Jackets said up front it was a FAKE I was so upset so I called the company back in the car hands free so my mom and daughter could hear a women answered I asked her if the jacket was the REAL Northface jacket she goes oh yes it is by this time I blew it called her a lier and she goes agian no it is real I go don't (Inappropriate Content Removed) lie to me I just got proof you sold me a FAKE and hung up so 2 seconds go by I get a phone call unlisted knew it was them the same (Inappropriate Content Removed) that spoke to me on 12/27/2011 calls and leaves me a message calling me a D-Bag how low can you get when they know they are in the wrong. So I e-mailed them back telling them want my money back to get an e-mail from the (Inappropriate Content Removed) to say you already returned it once and your past 14 days for refund then they sent me another e-mail saying return only I sent another e-mail back saying DUH why do I want to send back for another FAKE when you owe me my money back. So I reported them to NorthFace corp. and called BBB in New York put, a complaint against them and called NEWS 3 in Ct. I'm so pissed that these people ARE still selling after what they are doing is wrong and stealing are hard worked american money!!!!! So what is going to be done about this if they keep selling ? All I want is my money back my daughter is so upset and this was her Christmas gift to find out if was a FAKE gosh I never hated anyone this much as I do these people that sold to me and may they get what goes around comes around and they get screwed over really bad. So please help everyone who bought from these jerks get there money back and them out of business.
