Showed up on phone bill for the months of Oct. 2011, November 2011 and December 2011, as $9.99 added to total bill under the heading of Data, I went to Verizon finally in December and asked and they stated it was this company causing it, I expect a full refund, this is ridiculous and what a Scammer!!
