I ordered a Michael Kors watch for my girlfriend and later realized I had ordered the wrong watch. It was too late to order again, so I went to the local mall and bought her a gift. The watch arrived today and I contacted MichaelKorsonlineus.com and they refuse to give a refund. They keep saying that the "high" cost of shipping would make it not worth it to send it back. They just will not give credit for the watch is basically what it is.
