- Has anyone had any joy in getting the money back, either through their bank or from the company itself? The customer service line is 24/7 but I called last night, no joy and I called again this morning where an automated message says due to the holidays there is no one available to take my call. I have read the T&C's and it says you have to cancel within 12 days otherwise the full amount will be taken and this will be ongoing, every 30 days until you cancel. I reported fraud to my bank, but am not sure where I stand when I didn't read the T&C's? Can anyone advise?? 2 things here though, customer servive supposed to be 24/7 and 'Joyce story' she was using the product for 'just a few weeks' what results can you expect to get in 12 days??

- I would like to add that I reported this to my bank HSBC as fraud. They have refunded the money to my account and their fraud team are investigating it. They were taking money on a weekly basis. This company must be brought to justice!!

- i also have had 29.99 taken out of my bank account when the advert said it was 5.99,that was in november on15 dec 79.99 was also debited when i hadnt made an order,my banks only advice was to cancel my card
