Ordered a Swiss Win SW8112 Black Travel Gear Laptop backpack. As others very legit website that came up when I googled this brand of backpack my son wanted. When it was never recd went on site saw no phone number or address but you could "live chat" with customer service. Did that 3 times, no response. Finally found a telephone number under "
Terms of Use" which belonged to Footlocker who was confused by the whole mess themselves. Looked at bank statement saw the same amount (except for a few pennies!) charged to Beauty Room Cloths.
