asked for a loan online and the company asked for some details and bank information so they can transfer the funds then received an email saying i was refused couple of days later £14.99 was taken out of my account from theloanbroker. no charge from the company was made clear to me at anytime. now iv had charges from my bank that i can not pay now im in more money problems than when i started.

I've had a similar problem with this company, if you look on their website at the bottom of the page are the details of the company which states that its part of the business fish group 'Business Fish Ltd' you can find the details of this company on http://companycheck.co.uk/company/07653375
If you had no luck with correspondence through the phone number and email listed on http://myloanbroker.co.uk, i would try and contact the company director of Business Fish LTD - Mr.Matthew Wilson.
You can contact him with your query's and complaints, he also has a company called 'Wilson's Web Solutions' although he has made it not possible for people to contact him through the other companies you can contact this company and ask for him.
