Today was the second call from this company, with the exact same experience of another person writing in to this site. They first called about "renewing" our subscription and that we owed $650 for this past year. I told them I had never authorized this and did not want it. The second call was about canceling and getting a reference #. They will say that they have nothing to do with billing or original authorization that they can only talk to you about canceling. When I spoke to a "verifier of information" on today's call, I explained again that I hadn't authorized service ever and was not paying anything. At this point it was getting loud and heated, he simply hung up.
