Ordered a Denver Broncos jersey on Dec 10th as a Christmas gift, my credit card was charged the same day. As of today, Dec 29th, we still have not received our order. We've contacted the company 4 times via email (they do not have a phone number listed). Was told by "Albert" that our order has shipped and to "please be patient." was also given a bogus tracking number that tracks nothing. Last week Albert promised to refund our money, which still has NOT happened. This company is dishonest and will rip you OFF!
