Ordered on line 1st week of december 2011 ...it was actually attached to an email I received as a link...thought it would hurt to try both AuraVie and Nue Science....got the AuraVie about mid dec...didn't get the Nue Science til December 20.....however on 12/27 both companies deducted approx $98.00 (totally approx $200) out of my bank account which made me overdraft...having no monies available ..I found this out of December 28 afternoon ...I immediately called Nue Science first because that number was easy to find....at first they talked about their Terms and Conditions (which I never saw)...after yelling at the representative and telling her I didn't even get the product until 12/20 ...that it had not even been 10 days..they agreed to full refund and issued me a RMA # which I returned their products this morning. AuraVie was a totally different encounter....took forever to get to a live person, Zack was his name, sound like a teenager with no conscience, he was no help and could care less as to what they had done...sending me to a que to leave a message for a supervisor, and their automated systems sucks...sending you to different levels of aggrevation having to listen to their justifications of charges and how ethical they are.....THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT ETHICAL......When I heard the recording that I would have to wait to talk to a Supervisor for 24 hours....that made me madder. I went to my bank this morning to dispute the charge, however she said it would take several days to hear back, I had to turn in my card and pay to get a new one issued...so I not only lost out on $98.00 but $70 in overdraft fees and $15 to get a new card which will not be here for 10 days. What tops it all off, is when I got home the customer care of Aura Vie sends me a "courtesy" email with a link to their Terms and Conditions.....They absolutely should not be in business and I hope they will not be long...Wish I could sue but it would cost too much. That's probably what they count on. It's too bad, because I was really enjoying the Nue Science Products much more than the AuraVie and probably would have reordered those before they screwed me like they did. It's no telling how much money they are making off this....how anyone could work for a company that rips people off is beyond me. Oh well, live and learn. Faye in Buford Ga
