This company has taken £14.99 out of my bank account. I do not have a loan with them nor have I applied for loan with them. I did give my bank details to another reputable company for verification who do not have any associated link with this company. I have tried to contact My loan broker.co.uk through the contact section of their website but the message just sits waiting to send, the website wont allow it to send. My bank said that the transaction has no reference number or contact details attached to it and therefore cannot trace the transaction. The fraud team will need to be made aware of it when they return from the christmas break tomorrow. Until then I can do nothing. Who are these people to violate my personal bank account with no track to trace. How can i get my money back?
