My 80 year old mother ordered a magazine for me because a guy came by selling magazines. She was going to buy a 1 year subscription, but he told her if she bought 2 years it would help towards funding his education.
First of all th guy wrote down the wrong spelling of our adress. We didn't recieve a magazine so we called. No one ever called us back. I tried several times and turned it in to better business bureau. The company finally agreed to send us our magazine (after getting contacted by better buisness) and they sent us a snowboarding magazine instead of the health magazine we ordered. We do not snowboard, or have snow here. I sent the magazine back and replied to better business bureau "What do I do now?" No reply because I guess the case is closed since they agreed to send us a magazine.
