We saw there commercial on tv and it seemed to be a legit company,with hard times not only on us but about everybody,we investagated and talked with some people from njs,and decided to to try a home morgage loan modifaction,this was in jan.of this year we were told it would take about 3 months,we drained our savings and sent them 2960.00 to get our house payment lowered,now is where the bull starts, we sign all these papers over and over again,then they say they need more or they did'nt recieve our last faxes even though we have recieved confirmation on every fax,we have times, dates,peoples names we delt with all filed, now it's been 6 months no calls nothing,call them you get a answering machine, leave message to please call us we need to know the status of our case,no returned calls,now I'm getting worried we have give them our savings and can't even get in contact with them,so now we find out they are no longer in business I'm sick to my stomach,I thought this happend on tv not in real life, I did get a letter in the mail from my bank saying loan modifacation no opption they are the ones that told us njs was no longer in bussiness,so could they be in on this scam togther my house payment which now I am behind on did not even get the chance to be lowered I don't even know whats happend all I know is I'm out of 2960.00 these people did absolutly nothing for me and I feel I need answers and a refund of 2960.00, that would help me catch my house payment up , we work hard and have been working hard for many years for what we have,and this crazy economy and crooks like njs and I want mention my bank, but I'm 52 years old and to the point of loosing my home because I trusted these people for one and my bank want even listen to my situation all they say is I don't qualify because I'm not 3 are 4 months behind ,what is this world coming too.I try to get my payment lowerd so I don't get behind seems like the bank wants me to get behind before they can do anything,I am a christian an try to live right and treat people with respect and I would like the same in return,but for the last year I have been scamed,shafted,robbed,lied to,and you call this the good ole USA
