On Sept.4th I ordered online Oxipor (meds) for a child having a psoriasis disease. $70 was taken from my bank account on the next day. On Sept.21 I sent an email, asking Planet Rx why I have not got my meds yet. On Sept.27th Tatiana answered that it is a back order and it would take another 2-3 weeks and also I could cancel the order at any time. I was hesitating to cancel the order, but I needed the meds, so I waited another 3 weeks. Nothing. After 3 weeks and no meds or whatever information, I sent another email on Oct. 20 asking to cancel my order and to refund me. I got a respond from Daniel who answered: "We are not typically able to cancel your order once it has been sent to the warehouse for processing, but the warehouse was able to cancel your order. I also submitted a refund request to the accounting department for review and approval. Your refund will be processed in the order in which it is received by the accounting department. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement depending on your bank.”
Today is 29th of December. I check every day my bank account. Nothing from Planet Rx appeared. They just stole my money. Never had such a poor experience.
