I ordered a print on 11/30/2011 and received an email on 12/2/2011 stating that teh shipment would be delayed (ship out date was changed to 12/7/2011) due to lack of inventory in stock. I had not received my product by 12/20/2011 so I emailed them to cancel my order since getting in touch with them by phone was impossible. It is now 12/28/2011 and I have not received a response (except the automatic reply stating they would get back to me in 3-5 business days) or a refund. I am beyond frustrated!
