In June 2010 Everbright ( part of XM Brand) advertised for "testers" for a teeth whitening product via a London agency
(MarketVistaUK (Head Office), Medius House, 2 Sheraton St, London, W1F 8BH), I applied and signed up. In July 2010 money was debited from my account and I contacted XM Orders.com/MC
( tel 1-866-889-2187 ) to cancel the order that I had mistakenly made as the advert was asking for testers not customers !!
Payments ceased to be taken from my debit account until 6th July 2011 when I was again hit by an unathorised charge of $49.95 plus exchange rate fees. Despite having cancelled my order MedChelp have taken money from my account. My card company has raised a dispute with MedChelp but it appears the only way to be safe from future patments is to close your account and move your account elsewhere.
I had forgotten all about the incident last year but MedChelp had kept my details and started taking payments again.
