The RecordLtd.com charged $18.95 per month on my debit card from February 2011 to July 2011. I have used their website once to look up an address and agreed to pay only $1:00 for that service. Instead they charged me $18.95 each month until I closed my debit card in August 2011 not even remembering where these charges coming from and for what. I was not aware of any charges other than $1.00 and did NOT sign up for a monthly membership. This is so unfair and dishonest!!!
I have requested a refund in the amount of $112.70 from Joanne Berger, Head of Customer Service of RecordLtd.com on 12/21/11 and haven't hear back yet.
