On December 21, 2011, I decided to check my bank statement and noticed this charge from this unknown company on my statement. I called the phone number that was listed near the charge and was told by the rude women on the other side of the phone that I had to have given them my info in order for them to charge my account. I explain to her that I had not even used this account online in a long time and that I did not know the name to this company, and that I had never heard of this company. She told me that she would closed to account. I told her how can you do that if I never signed up with this in the first place. I told her that I wanted my money back could she put someone else on the phone that I could talk to and she said no. Now and am going to file a police report and a file with my bank.
