I purchased three purses from this website, thinking it was truly just an outlet. I have shopped at the local Coach Outlet here in Houston and thought I had received an email from them. I was thrilled about the prices I saw so that is why I went a little overboard. Once my credit card went through I immediately received a call from my bank asking about this purchase in Beijing, China. Again big dummy said yes I authorize charges. I am to in the same boat as all these other victims. No respose emails on order status, no working website, no items. I called my bank back and told them what had happended and they are doing an investigation and have refunded my money. If you purchased on a credit or debit card call the issuer and tell them your story, most likely they will credit your money back to your account and pursue the mastermind behind this scam, also make sure they cancel your card and issue you a new one. This theif has your credit card # and can continue to purchase on it. Unfortunately for all of us wanting the items, it looks like we are out of luck. Hope this is helpful!

- NEVER NEVER EVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR CREDIT CREDIT CARD NUMBER ESPECIALLY YOUR DEBIT CARD NUMBER TO ANYONE OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE UNLESS YOU HAVE RESEARCHED THE COMPANY THROUGH GOOGLE.COM....ALSO NOT A GOOD IDEA TO GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS...PERIOD. THAT IS YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY. CONTACT YOUR BANK OR GO TO THEM AND BLOCK THE AMOUNT . YOU USUALLY HAVE 48 HOURS HOLDING PERIOD AT THE BANK BEFORE IT CLEARS,(WELL THAT IS HOW MY BANK OPERATES) IF YOU ARE TOO LATE THEN JUST CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD (IT'S A LITTLE INCONVENIENT FOR US BUT WORTH IT) AND GET A NEW ONE. I HAD TO DO THAT AND GOT A NEW ONE THE SAME DAY. PLEASE PASS THIS ON TOO SO THAT WE CAN STOP THESE KINDS OF ABUSE THROUGH SCAMS.
