I received a credit offer and was happy because I could rebuild my credit. I paid a $69.00 process fee then another $29.00 to double my credit limit. I was told I would receive my card in 7-10 business days. This is December 27, 2011 and still haven't received it. I went back to track them through my email, but the GreenDot Card showed up instead and have had no way to reach them. This is so wrong! I told my children I'd do something special for them, but now I'm a liar. Also I'm on disability and didn't have the money to spare especially here at Christmas time. I hope this company gets what they deserve! Andrea Long

Update: 12/27/2011

I am currently waiting for my credit card company to send me proof of payment. I never get a confirmation email per say. I received it at the time I completed the application.
