From December 2009 to August 2010 my friend and I were contacted by a self proclaimed attorney named Kenneth Ehibuzue. He claimed he had reviewed and accepted our case and willing to pursuit it in court on our behalf. We accepted him at his word as our lawyer. He produced an impressive lawyer retainer contract and we paid his fee. It was the beginning of the scam. He kept on coming up with excuses for more fees. When I challenged him to provide physical evidence to us he had pursued our case through the courts he responded he had sent the reports to us through registered mail. This report never materialized. The final act of his scam became reality when I wrote to the EFCC. I got a respond from the officials and discovered Ehibuzue all his associates are all part of a 419 scam. Ehibuzue had stolen over $US25000 from us. We want him to face justice and we want to recover everything he had stolen from us.
