call this number 08081683684 or 08081787320 and demand your money back plus demand they cancel the contract ( which they say you have agreed to by purchasing the trials packs)make sure they send you an email confirmation of the cancellation contact your bank/credit card provider and report a disputed transaction to stop any further transation which do follow. hope this helps.
