This is what I wrote below but the email adress was not valid. They have taken out $6.60NZ on 1st Dec then $115.02NZ on Dec 17th before I notified my bank to cancel my credit card.I have given my initials below to safeguard my identity.
I am enquiring when my order placed 2nd December has still has not arrived on New Zealand.
You say that if I do not cancel after 17 days from the order date, you will take out $84.90NZ from my credit card.
I am requesting to now cancel my order of African Mango as I have not received the product, but am now skeptical that my credit card has been compromised. This credit card account has been closed as I am leaving the country soon.
