I purchased a pair of boots and purse. I requested a status on my order 12/20/11. I received a response 12/21/11 indicating my order had been shipped. I responded to their response 12/21/11 requesting tracking information. I have yet to receive another response. I attempted to access their website but it does not exist anymore. I then followed up with an email to [email protected], but no response as of yet.
Please provide info as to what I can do to get a refund. My email is (Personal Information Removed)

- I am having THE SAME PROBLEM! I placed an order on December 19th, 2011 for a Coach Briefcase. I paid $56.99 for it and a $12 one way flat rate shipping fee for a total of $68.99. I have not heard back from them and I cannot access the site anymore either. If you find out anything please forward all information for a refund.
