We hire this company to modify our mortgage. After paying the $3460.00 fee, week went by before we got a call stating that because we had an Attorney working on a different aspect of our home they could not help us. We informed them to contact our Attorney, which they never did. We tried to contact them through our attorney and to no avail. We can not get a returned call and they do not answer thre phones. We have yet to see a refund.
