My Card got declined while trying to get gas on 12/23/11. Called Bank of America and they cancelled the card due to the following charges however nothing will get reversed until after Christmas:

- The same scam happened to me. I've used amazon in the past, but not of late. I use the card out a lot. Are you from Rhode Island by any chance? My charges occurred about the same time as you.
