lead me to beleived I was getting a $2000 discount for good credit when in fact they had obtained a credit card in my name and charged $2000 to it and by me thinking I had this discount signed a contract for $3520 that I would have never have agreed to had I known all the facts.

- ocean canyon needs to check their sales people if they really beleive their reply to my complaint. The sales people I talked to did not even mention a credit card to me, yet I receive a credit card in the mail with $2000 charged to it that I had not agreed to in any way.

- I was pushed into signing the contract without giving us any time to look over the contact and speaking with my spouse to discuss it. I called OCP member services the next day and they said the contract says no termination policy. If it's a Salesman who is doing this false advertising tactics, OCP should help us to cancel this contract. If OCP is really willing to cancel the Contract as they claim, I will try to reach out to them again and see if they can resolve the issue.

- ocean canyon will only back up their lying sales people, I have contacted them as well my lawyer has contacted them. They do not care as long as they get your money. I have filed a complaint with the Alabama attorney general and a complaint with my local police dept. I really think a case action suit for deceitful sales practices is the best way to fight them.
