I also received a call about a credit card called my epc card and was told it would held build my credit that is was $2500.00 limit that i could use at all online stores and it was a one time fee of $99.00. So it sounds like a good deal to me thinking i could make christmas happan and at the same time build my credit witch i am trying to do anyways. So i tell them when they can pull the money out of my checking account and they pull the money out of my account before the time i told them to and it over drew my account so now it cost me $132.00 dollars total. so i call the customer service #800-887-2636 and asked them for a refund and they said they couldnt do it that i would have my card in seven to ten buisness days. I still havent received the card and its December 26,2011. So i have called back the customer service number several times and i keep getting a voice mail and i leave message after message and still havent gotten a returned phone call from them. i want my $132.00 dollars back and cancel the card.
