I ordered a pair of Nike tennis shoes (site name:Nike Air Max Factory-JUST DO IT ANYWAY.) The cost on the website was $95.90, they charged me $99.37, don't know where the other $3.47 charge came from? I tried to cancel the order approximately 6 to 7 hours after ordering, because I became suspicious of the email I got from "JINFU..." I later tried to get back on the email and the email would not open. Needless to say, I did get the product...whoohoo, but they didn't fit. I was going to try to return. I went to the website and it said to "contact us" (customer service) for a return authorization number and that it would not be given through email...Guess what, there is no place on this website that says customer service and there is no place on this website that has a freaking phone number. Will never order anything from these people again and will review and research the site and look for products that are within the United States in the future! Next stop after this...is the BBB site to make another report! Hope this helps someone out!! Be careful!!
