I'd been looking for a payday loan. I received a call from a Bryan Davis, "saying that I qualified for $3000 loan and did I want it. I told him that all I needed was $1500. He explained that it would cost me about $269 per month for 6 months at about 11% pay back. He then explained that I would have to wire the first months payment. That I would have to go to Western Union and wire these funds to show good faith. I explained to Mr. Davis that I never heard of sending money before you get money. He stated that it was just good faith money to show worthiness of the person.

Bryan Davis phoned me everyday either from (202) 241-6697 or sometimes from (253) 802-0093. On the final day he called and said that if I would wire transfer this $279, that I would received $2,299. This amount would give me back all the money that I wired. I was to wire$279, plus the service fee $10.00, total amount $289, to Goa, India to a Prem Singh which I did. I was to wait no more ten minutes to receive my money ($2299) by wire transfer. Did not receive. As I left the Wester Union office Bryan Davis called me on the phone and explained that my credit was poor and that his finance people told him that they had blocked the loan and that I would have to pay the taxes of $184 on the loan and they would send the money, just pay the taxes. I told him that I was pulling into the police station. I asked him to just give me back my money and forget the loan. He said he would talk to the police, he hung up when police went to talk to him.

Bryan Davis called me back two more days saying that he knows that I blame him for this, but that all I would need to do was just pay the taxes. Two more days pass and I start getting calls from Government Grants for the first one was $7,000 free money and the second call for free grant money of $10,000 also wire transfer $100. These calls came from (202) 407-7177 from Jason Mars and a Frankie Collier at (202) 688-5858. And I'm still receiving calls but the phone numbers are hidden either 0000 or 914.
