Signed up for free 2 month trial and was billed for postage and packing (as advised in their offer). Checked bank account and appalled to find the company had taken £69.95 on 15 December. Today (24 th) received a further product and invoice charging £29.14 for the product and £29.15 for "A5 QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER"? I only signed up for a free one-off trial and now I've been fleeced by this scam company and may have to cancel my bank account. How can they get away with this? Be warned do not make the same mistake I did. Does anyone have any idea how to deal with this problem?
