This company is a complete scam. The sign up information is presented in a way that makes you think you are trying to get information from another website, which makes me think the original site I was on is also in on the scam (it was an astrology site, so I should have known better - astrology-online.com). The whole set up is fishy, but I thought that as long as I don't give them my personal information or credit card information, there's no way they can charge me for anything...that was naive of me. They apparently charge your wireless carrier directly for "premium text message services" which the guy on the phone (Wilson) couldn't even explain to me what that was or what they do. I cancelled immediately once I realized it had nothing to do with the site I was on and called in to make sure that I wasn't charged but the guy said that it isn't "fair that you agreed to the terms and conditions by entering the pin number and are now requesting a refund". First of all, I don't even know what your company does, secondly, I did not see a message that outlined that I was subscribing to your site/services, and thirdly, how do you even call yourself a legitimate business when you hide your fees behind the phone company, which most/many people probably don't even notice what they are paying for? He also wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor because apparently there is only one supervisor level working. This company should not be in business and the phone companies should not allow them to bill their services through them.
