I had a subscription to Mylife.com which I canceled. SavingSace.com charged my account $19.95. I looked them up spoke to a representative explained to her I had no idea who they were and wanted a refund. I never authorized this charge. She said she was unable to do so. I asked for a supervisor who didnt say anything except the terms you agreed to mam are not refundable! I never agreed to them. I still dont understand who they are and he still refused to process a refund!!!
