I won 2 auctions and never received the items. I contacted customer service 3 times without a reply. Customer service replied 2 weeks later and told me to wait 21 days for my items. It has been 30 days and still no product. Customer Service e-mailed me that they have resubmitted my order and I should receive my items. Well see.
