I returned the trial the day after I received it. I called and was told to just make sure the receipt was in the box. I thought that would be the end of it until another shipment arrived and was charged $99.09 for it. I took it to the post office and they wrote refused on it and shipped it back for me. When a reasonable amount of time went by I called to ask why I didn't receive a refund and was told because I didn't get a delivery confirmation from the post office to prove they had gotten it. When I asked if he could check to see if they had received it I was told that wasn't his department and that returns didn't accept phone calls. This rip off company is actually run by one foreigner who is scamming people for money for a useless product.
