My story is exactly the same as almost everyone's and especially the story I read on the hoe page. I have bad credit, so when I was offered a credit card with a $2,200 limit and all I had to do was put down my $98 deposit, which was supposed to be refunded after I paid my first three statements on time. Anyway, that was 11/17/11... After 2-3 weeks I e-mailed them about the card and was told they were all sent out so I should have it in the next few business days. I tried calling the number as well and after no-one answered day after day, I did some research on the company and saw it was a scam. I waited a week without getting a card and e-mailed them once more.. I was told he had no idea where my card was this time whether it was even mailed out. I told him to simply cancel my card and refund my deposit. Then I was told I would have to speak to someone from the billing office 9-5 M-F, at the same number that isn't ever answered. The following day, I got an e-mail from the company saying without any explanation that the refund would be returned to me if I called and spoke to someone. After trying to get someone for a few more days, I e-mailed them once again and told them if someone doesn't simply answer my call or call me, I would call the other credit card I used for the deposit and have them file the charges as fraud to dispute them and get my money back..The guy responded in the e-mail and actually told me, if I would rather do that instead of trying to speak to someone and have them refund it, to go ahead and file the dispute with my credit card company!!!! Of course I have all of this in e-mail and such for proof. My credit card company is one of the small off brand visa's with high rates for poor credit clients so the dispute process with them is a pain, but I have a feeling it will be my only option. If anyone can help, please let me know what to do, or if anything has in fact been resolved and how to go about getting my money back... I have a feeling that we are all in the same boat and this might be a process....

Thank you very much,
Steven P (Personal Information Removed)
