"Ez move is just a scam and should be taken off the Internet"
The problem is their website, set up to trick us to order more then we want. They have you enter your credit card number, name, shipping/billing address first, before ordering the merchandise. they don't let you see a breakdown of the charges before you finish placing the order. I tried to back out of ordering, because I didn't like their process, I was not able to remove the credit card information. I was not able to review what I just had order, or the charges. all the sudden you get a Thank you for your order. I ordered 1 ezmove, 2nd one free for $19.99 and was suppose to be charged 19.99 with the 2nd package free to be charged only for shipment. I contacted their customer immediately and the woman said she couldn't cancel the order, the order was not in their computer system yet, it will take about 24 hours. I called back next morning, less then 24 hours and they told me too late to cancel already shipped? This is illegal. I had to cancel my credit card with the credit card company so the charges would not go through. The charges were already submitted, had a pending status.
