THE STARTING OF EMAILED COMPLAINTS JULY 12, 2011
To a new beginning-
The testimonials you have posted make me sick. Was that the 2 customers you did not rip off? Straight and to the point, we want our $995.00 back and an additional $4000.00 for all the trouble you have caused us..You are theives, you take peoples money and by. We will not let this go. Deal with us or you can deal with our attorney. You have till Friday the 15th to have the money to us.

Hello, we need your help to get the money back this company, A New Beggining, who lied to us and kept our money.
What I wrote to the Oregon BBB. 7-12-11
. It started in Jan. of 2011. WE were contacted by a CJ Kovar from "a new begining inc.", wanting us to hire her company to remodifie our loan, since we have been given nothing but the run aroundd from B of A and wells fargo, our lean holders.We have been working on that project for about 2 years, that long, and still,,, However, yeterday I did get a name and # of mr.jeremy robinson, he is part of their new "single point of contact"program. You’re supposed to get a call back 24-48 hours... I am still waiting. They are going to be the next officialI complaint..I did everybit of seaching making sure they were a good company; kovar was highly impressed that "their company was in great standings with the BBB. She even had a link for us to view the BBB, which was a copy and paste job we were looking at.As I right this I realized had I not had so much faith in the BBB, we went for it that is what sold us on doing it.The cost was going to be 995.00 upfront, they took the money out of our account, this stresses me out so bad, it makes me literally sick, and then 2000. When done, at this point we closed our account so they could not take anymore. A new begining took the 995 out 2 times, but after an email they put it back, honest theives.And in the end a 500.00 refund if they don't suceed.Suceed, thives, them... In the paperwork even though they started with us in January, they would be done around the 1st of febuary...wow. For the 1st month, emails, cjKovar would call, people from American Dream would call, emails, and then they stopped. My husband had the teller at the bank look to see where the money went, and she could not find where it went, all it said was new begining.(withdraw). This last six months I have been emailing, calling numbers that are no longer working (new beginings#). I did finally get a responce from "[email protected], she promises they did not get the money, new begining did.We need help, your help. I have an illness/chronic that thrives on stress, I can get a note from my doctor, I have had 2 stays in the hospital, so sick because of stress. Alot of $$$$$$. This is our grounds for picking the dollar amount that we deserve, $995.00 plus $4005.00 = $5000.00,, this is a drop in the bucket compared to what we have gone through.They were wrong and they deserve to pay...Please help. Between the house lenders and this, I am seriously calling a shrink tomorrow. The stress, my body can't take it we have to stop fraud, scammers have no rights.
Please we are begging you to help us. The company New Begginings, is in Baltimore and _American Dream is the acomplese.Since there "office" is in Maryland, I was praying you would help. We need our money; I have a life long medical condition, so we need our money. My body will not take the stress.Stress is what feeds my illness the worst; quit frankly I am tired of being in the hospital. Stress, I just finished 3 years of college to become apart of the medical field, something I always dreamed of being, and I made it. I have as I mentioned a medical condition, the pain is unreal, it has taken over my life. The stress of this mess with this company has put me down, my body can’t take it. We have been fighting with our mortgage company for the last 3 years. Wells Fargo and Bank of America have made our life hell. We want to remodifie and keep our house. We need this to all end, please, will you help, please.
