Purchasing goods from this company, enters you unwittingly into a 'monthly subscription' type thing. People are not reading the "Terms & Conditions" of this website. It is here that you find out what you're getting yourself into. I am now getting a full refund. The Support person you speak with will give you a 'cancellation number' and a 'refund number'. You must DEMAND a full refund and you will get it. They tried to offer me only 50% refund, but they didn't get away with it! TELEPHONE: +1 855 843 3434 (24 hours / 7days)..... I look forward to my refund in 7-10 days or they will 'cop my wrath' once again with a rather nasty phone call from me!!! Good Luck to you all. Please ring the number I have provided. :-)
