This website lures people using Ms.Rhodes advertising link about posting ads on internet for a good income. When you click to learn more it takes you to homeincomecashmachine site and they ask you to call. You call and Dave(he calls himself a manager) tells you about marketing, ebays, and more. It sounds very convincing and I went through the financing process with a $500 down payment using Discover card. While going through the financing process and talking to the person over the phone I heard her saying very quickly "you have 3 days to cancel the contract". This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I called right away to cancel my account but Dave gave me a lot of hard times and would not cancel the account for me. There is a woman who seems like a secretary their and she also gives you a run around saying that she needs Dave's approval and Dave says he needs to let that woman know first. I contacted Discover and an agent called them while recording the conversation comfirming that I requested to cancel the account. Discover agent also found out that this isn't legit after speaking to this company and told me not to worry since she had recorded all the conversations. I have also personally recorded several phone conversations with the woman and Dave as well to keep as proofs. All of a sudden I received a letter from Duvera Financial which HomeIncomeCashMachine company uses as their financing dept stating that they will keep trying to debit my account for $97.36 every month. I told them that HomeIncomeCashMachine is a scamming company and that I had cancelled my account right away so as to not go over the 3 day period. Duvera Financial does not cooperate but told me that they have to receive an email from the HomeIncomeCashMachine company to stop billing me.. What a (Inappropriate Content Removed). I don't understand why authorities are not doing anything regarding this type of fraud and bad people.

  • I have tried numerous times to upload a proof but it keep telling me that there was an error. JPEG image of the letter from Duvera Financial and the size is way less than 8MB. I will try to copy and paste it here.

  • I also have recorded phone conversations with the HomeIncomeCashMachine as well. I can put them on a CD for you if you need them. By the way, I made a mistake on the date of the report. It is not Nov 4th. The correct date of my first involvement was Nov 10,2011 Thursday and I called to cancel on Nov 11,2011 on Friday.
