I applied to a data entry job on craigslist. This is one of 4 replies received since yesterday, all from different names and directing me to different sites:

Our Human Resource manager would like to schedule an interview with you before she leaves for vacation early next week. You need to complete the pre-interview screening before we can schedule an interview, which can be found at http://workatclayton.info or the career link on our homepage. Your applicant code is xxxxxx.
Please write down your code, as that is the only way you can gain access to your application and employee profile. Once you complete your screening someone from HR will contact you within 72 hours to schedule an interview.

- Hello...I did the same thing yesterday and today...Yesterday, not so suspicious. I was just excited to possibly find work. So I filled out all the info for a different job..all the way through, but at the end it would not take my credit card info. Now today, because the responses were identical except for different companies and responding "person"..I started looking it up...Now I am nervous...What exactly if anything have I been scammed out of...I am afraid it was my credit card number I gave for the fake credit report...If so, I have protection with my bank, but it is going to be frustrating to change everything out, but worth it in the end..Sorry for the ramble...I guess the main question is What have I been scammed out of and thank you for any response..

- I had the same thing happen, applied on craigslist, got the same email. It must have been the add that didn't even have a company name. That was suspicious to start with, fortunately I googled Clayton Careers and Partners first (I always check out a place before hand)- glad I did, thanks for the heads up!
