I ordered a NFL Jersey from this website and got confirmation from the Yourspay website saying they have taken my money out of my account. They told me that the name on my statement would come out as "Jinfu Trading Co Ltd". I have been chasing them for a week asking when my item would be delivered and everytime I have contacted them they have said there is no tracking order number, but my parcel has been sent out. I feel that this is such a outrage as this was supposed to be for my sons xmas present and feel that I have been ripped off by these people. I would love to know how to get my money back.
