International boundaries

Ordered top styler clam shells in Aug 2011. Called to cancel and said too late, already shipped. Upon arrival, tried shells and hair too short. Called customer service said I could return them within 30 days. I mailed them back with confirmation and they sent them back to me. I had written a letter dated 11Sep2011 and asking to not bill me and explained why I was returning them. Then I received another shipment from top styler on my porch. I called customer service and spoke with James x3110 and was told to take the package to the post office and refuse shipment and return the package. When I received my credit card bill 16Dec11, I had been billed. Today I have spoken with James, Cynthia, Vick and a Supervisor Diana x3222 who is not allowed to give her last name. I was told they never received the second mailed package from me and furthermore I had to have a CRA number to return anything. James, who always seemed helpful, never told me I had to have a CRA number, nor did the lady I spoke with after receiving the first shipment. Call it what you may. I paid for return confirmation, shipping and handling on the first shipment; then returned the second mailed package like I was instructed and I am stuck with the bill plus paying for insurance, shipping and confirmation. I am being told they must have proof of the second returned package. Well. so much for customer service. Think it is a shame to have this type of set-up.
