please be aware i ordered on the 24/11/2011 they took the money but i complained sent my address and i actualy got my order today 19-12-2011
May be the website is ok now and there has been a delay log a complaint on this site with your details you shoul get your parcel i got min today 4 weeks it took for delivery to arrive, may be due to the web site being abroad it is taking a while for the parcel to arrive.

I have had a problem with my boots not turning up!! Who did you complain to? I can not find any contact information on the website? I ordered my boots on the 7th December so it may be that there is a problem with delivery.
Who took your money? i paid to fashion pay!!! It was beauty rooms which came up on my bank statement.
Sorry for all the questions. I hope i am as lucky as you.
