On 12/02/2011 I ordered a Tim Tebow Replica Jersey because they were offering free shipping and it also said that if it was received before 4pm that it would ship out same day. I decided to jump on it because I couldn't find any Tim Tebow Jersey's in Colorado and it was going to be a Christmas present for my husband. I contacted them through their contact us link on December 12th and I did get an email back right away saying sorry for the delay and that it has shipped but shipping will take a lot longer due to the holidays (AND it was written like a 2nd grader; very bad spelling!). I immediately responded and said are you kidding me that this is 2 weeks later and it hasn't shipped? No Response. I have sent an email almost every day since and no further reply. Today, I have emailed them and asked for a refund and to cancel my order which I doubt this will happen. I am going to contact my bank today and file a fraud charge and see if I can get my money back.

Stay away from this site!

  • I also ordered a Von Miller jersey back on 12/4... on 12/14 they FINALLY emailed a tracking number to me. According to the USPS tracking, it is currently in San Fransisco going through customs. It had sat at the USPS facility in China for several days, so the shipping companies themselves are running very slow... talk about a slow boat from China!

    At least you had received a response from your customer service query... I never received a response on 2 that I wrote!

    That is exactly what they said to me when they responded to my first email, that that shipping would be slow because of the Holidays. I personally don't give a crap since it has been 3 weeks since I placed the order and it was advertised that it would ship the SAME DAY. The status on my order still shows pending which means it hasn't shipped out yet. I never got an email stating it was on back order, and never heard back from them on when I would be receiving it. Now I am asking for a refund and to cancel my order because I want nothing to do with this company--if in fact it is a real company. Plus, I no longer will be able to give it as a Christmas gift if it in fact does get shipped by Xmas as I will not be in State.

    I can't believe I wasn't smart enough to check out their site first. Too good to be true usually is!

  • I certainly agree it's a lousy company. Sorry to hear your Xmas plans were messed up.
    Since the qienfatrade.com or whatever it is website is a clothing site I have a feeling they MAKE the jerseys themselves and that's one reason they take so long. If I had known that in the first place I wouldn't have ordered! Or if I had known they were in China... lesson learned on inspecting sites better.

  • Jason- The USPS tracking shows it is currently in a neighboring town at a sort facility, so I'm guessing I'll get it in the next day or so.

    When I do get it I'll let you know, and report if the jersey looks okay or not. (Because that's my next question is quality.)

    I ordered mine on the 2nd of December and mine still shows processing even though the 2nd grader that answered my first email said it was shipped and shipping was slow. I haven't received any shipping confirmation or tracking number on my order either. I have sent probably 10 emails to them each one getting nastier than the last, but they only responded to the initial one.

    At this point I am considering it a loss, and if it actually does get shipped out then great but I am not holding my breath. I will caulk this one up to a hard lesson learned.

  • What you can't see in the email chain is Chinese characters in the place of the ???? marks. They are actually showing in my email but not showing when I copy and paste it to post for all to see.

  • Draeray: I see, at least you've gotten a hold of someone. I've msg'd them more than 20x's! and no response.. :( well keep us updated, I just hope someone email's me back and give me a tracking number so I know that it's actually being send what ever it is..

  • I finally received the jersey today 12/20, after ordering on 12/4.

    The USPS tracking # was EE509215210CN if you want to see the shipping details. Yes, it took a while to ship.

    The quality is decent though, even has the Reebok tags on it. My husband's happy with it. Here's pics of jersey:

    I still wouldn't recommend the company to anyone though due to their lack of communication or customer service and slow order processing.

  • Hey Angela, WOW I can't believe you got your jersey! So I'm guessing since my order is still processing from the 8th it should get here by next week Monday the 26th.. I just wished that they contact me and give me my tracking number... Did you by any chance take a photo of the sender information on the box? I hope to hear from them SOOOON!! Thanks for you update!!

I too received the email saying they shipped it and they gave me a tracking number however, I didn't know who they shipped it with... until I saw your post... I now have tracked it with USPS and this is what it says...

  • Oops, sorry, you asked for sender info... the EMS shipping bill has the sender info printed in Chinese characters, and our address printed in English! I don't normally receive international shipments, so I don't know if this is common...?

    I received my jersey yesterday!!! Their website STILL shows this is as processing and I never received a tracking number or an email stating that this was ever shipped. Keep in mind I ordered 12/2/2011 and received it 12/21/2011.

    The only GOOD kicker to this is I ordered a replica jersey (which is the cheaper one--screen printed numbers instead of stitched) and when it arrived it was an authentic with stitched numbers and name plate which I did NOT pay for. So I guess all my stressing and complaining was worth it.

    I am not going to post a picture but I did receive it and it did come USPS in an EMS envelope.

    There is hope out there for everyone else! This is an actual company reguardless of how crappy they handle their customer orders.

    So, they actually wrote me back by the 50th time I've send them a message... But now I have to wait longer since "they" lost the jerseys by the shipping company.. errrr.... :/ here's what the email said.....

It was very stressful as this was a MAIN Christmas present for my son... but he will be SOOOOOOOO happy when he see it!

    I guess I was too excited to post about my jersey that I finally received. I just opened it (although I knew it was a stitched jersey and not a replica) they sent me the wrong jersey. I ordered Tim Tebow and received Von Miller. I have contacted them to see how to correct this but after the lack of customer service I am not sure I will now ever get what I paid for!

    I guess I'll just hang out and wait for a response if I ever receive one as to how to get the correct jersey.

  • That sucks Draeray that after all that they sent you the wrong jersey! Ugh!

    A suggestion- do you ever get on the "unofficial" Denver broncos message board www.orangemane.com ? My husband's been a member on the site for several years, and there's a ton of people on the board. He suggests there might be someone on the board who would maybe trade a Tebow jersey for your Von Miller, since the Miller is harder to get.

    Just an idea, because trying to get an exchange from that company in China might be a new nightmare.
