I sent an email to Purasilk and Nue Science on 10/14/2011 asking them to cancel my order. Received a charge from Purasilk in November and received the order. I refused the order at the Post Office thinking I would get a refund from Purasilk. Received a package from Nue Science and refused it at the Post office thinking the same thing. In December my credit card was charged again from Purasilk, so I called and told them I had refused the package in November, wanted a refund for it and to cancel my account. Even though they tracked the package and knew it was refused, the wouldn't return my money because I hadn't called and cancelled the order. I called today to ask for a return label for the purasilk I had received and because it was on auto-ship, they will not accept it as a return. Rip-off pure and simple. Nue Science did cancel my account and I haven't been charged from them in December, but they did not return my money.
