I don't know why I receive texts from 57582 and my mobile account has been deducted by 10 Euros yesterday(18 Dec,2011).
I haven't subscribed to any of Yurmobile services. But the text from 57582 told me to unsubscribe to send text of STOP. Because I checked my mobile account and surprised to find that 10 Euros was taken away, I sent STOP. After a while, I received another text said I didn't subscribe to any services before.
Now I DON'T KNOW WHERE MY MONEY HAS GONE?!
I'm a student from abroad and just begin my study in Ireland. 10 Euros mean a lot to me. So I looker up the text number on-line and find it is from Yurmobile.
Because I haven't registered any of services by any means, I don't know why I am charged for 10 Euros.
As I don't need any services, I just want the subscription to be stopped and get my 10 Euros back.
Could you please help me to check about it and get my money back
