A week ago I was on my bank account and noticed a payment of $14.95 coming out of my account. I did not recongize the UMG Buyersedge purchase. So I looked up the vedor online and still did not recognize it. I started looking back into my bank statements and there was a charge every month starting clear back from September of 2009. I never authorized this payment, I never signed up for anything dealing with this vendor. There was a number beside the transaction so I decided to call. I spoke with a woman and she was really really short with me, I asked her what it was that I had been purchasing and all she would tell me was discounts and I have never received any discounts from this company. I told her I wanted to cancel what they had me signed up for and wanted to know how they got my information. She told me that when I had purchase something from a tv website that I had signed up for it. I know I did not sign up for anything. I told her I wanted my money back and I wanted all of it back and she proceeded to tell me that she only had record of 2 months which was a lie. Then she said that she could refund one payment and that was the payment they just had taken out of my account. The next day went to the bank and filed a dispute and canceled my credit card. The bank had said that they could only go back 60 days and return that to me. A couple of days later my bank sends me a letter stating that they had documentation that I did sign up for this "UMG Buyersedge Guide" so I call up the person that sent the letter because they decided that they were not going to return the money. She said that she had the documentation, so I requested that documentation. She did sugest that I give UMG a call again so I did and this time I spoke with four different people until they transfered me to the manager, just like a complaint I have read regarding the same situation he was rude, he swore up and down that he could prove that I had signed up for this program and when I told him that I never ever received anything in the mail from them he again swore up and down that he had sent me all kinds of information includeing a membership card. He told me I probably just put it in the trash. Every person that I spoke with within that time span I told them the same thing "I want all of my money back" they told me this time oh we can refund 6 months, "Ok if you are not a scam and the 1st lady I spoke with told me that she only had record of two months the who is the true lier here"? Back to the manager, he told me that he had prove and the way he could prove it was by pulling up my IP address. I told him I want every documentation that I signed up for this so called Buyersguide. That was yesterday so we will see if i get it. He also told me he could refund 6 months. The way I see it, is if you can refund me 6 months you can refund me all of it.

Well today I received what so called documentation she was going on. It was nothing but the transactions that had been taken out of my account and a hand written list of things that I had either told her or we were already aware of, there was nothing to actually prove that I had signed up for anything.
