Given 14 days to provide feedback on product ordered 30 Nov 2011 that only USD $4.90 P&P charged, yet product never arrived so couldn't provide any feedback on it. Credit card charged amount of USD$84.90=NZD$113.61 on 16 Dec as hadn't cancelled the order - because I hadn't received the product to provide feedback on it. When I contacted the company 19 Dec they said that there was no way that I could get a refund, the goods were shipped 01 Dec but they didn't have any details on the shipping - company name, tracking details... They said that the goods must have been stopped by customs. Tried to get refund of the total NZD $120.23, but no luck.

  • I was never e-mailled either, after contacting them when they read back my e-mail address they had changed the country code. You can e-mail [email protected] and they will provide phone numbers of the nearest "customer service department". Good luck, but I was told it was all automated and there was no way to get given a refund. You will need the "order" number that you were given for them to access your information in their "system". We went through our bank and cancelled the credit card as it was the only way to ensure they can't take more money off us.

  • I also contacted my bank and did whats called a charge back (still awaiting it to come).. mine was apparently sent back in December. The last time i spoke to the overseas customer service dept. I was told that someone would email me, a month later nothing. The phone number I had has now been disconnected... SCAM - pissed much - HELL YES!!!!!
