The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
a) You buy an airplane ticket at YourTripPlanners (YTP)
b) you receive a Booking confirmation Number and e-Ticket from YTP
c) you can confirm the validity on the web site of the airplane-company (ex : TAP Portgal Airlines)
d) YTP cancels the e-ticket with the airplane-company, with a computer system (reservation&cancellation)
e) you lost your ticket...
So easy...! ...and IATA is not very interesting by this fraud ! ;-(

- please contact www.actionfraud.org.uk if they get enough complaints they will start to investigate....YTP got £600 from me too. Lets get them.

Already made ! Never a contact after 6-10 e-mails with UK !
I contacted IATA, a lot of banks' security (=you received the name of the bank for the wire transfert), Uk governement (www.actionfraud.org.uk) swiss government, swiss police, Security of Orbitz, TAP airline, BA airline, ... without success. BUT the 4 scam's sites are closed today. ! Perhaps an underground success... ;-) -

- Ok but actionfraud don't do anything unless they have many complaints. the guy I sent money to is MAKSIMS RJASNOVS of 49 Mere Road, Birmingham, UK. They are still scamming under yourtripfriends or mytripfriends but its the same name & address- do another report and put this name & address, then we wait but we need others to do the same- if everyone reports this guy & this address they will take action...
